The hotel's location was stellar, just a short walk from Wenceslas Square and Old Town. My room exceeded expectations with cleanliness and comfort. The bed felt heavenly, making it easy to sleep through the night. Breakfast blew me away. so many options, including made-to-order omelets and fresh pastries. Dining staff were attentive, ensuring everything stayed stocked and the dining room was always pristine. However, the breakfast area got crowded, especially during peak hours, making it difficult to find a seat. The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing, as different wing rooms required using separate lifts. One issue arose with the shower. there were no racks for toiletries, forcing me to put them on the floor. I reported a missing hair dryer, and the reception promised to send someone to help, but it took until the next day for it to be resolved. Despite these hiccups, the staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay.

The hotel was a beautiful base during our stay, with spacious rooms and a stunning breakfast buffet. We loved the location, just a 15-minute walk to the Old Town and close enough to explore everything on foot, making it great for our teenage kids.
My kids wished the TV had streaming options for movies.

Had a great weekend getaway with the family! The kids loved the sauna and the gorgeous sun terrace where we relaxed together. Just a heads up, the bathtub was a bit tall to climb into, but it didn’t take away from our wonderful stay. 😊

Couples seeking a unique stay
Had an lovely breakfast experience with a wide variety of options including fresh waffles and made-to-order omelets. The staff gave me a personalized touch by celebrating my son's birthday with a bottle of wine and a thoughtful card.
It wasn't inexpensive but still justifiable for the experience.
